There are two different ferry services from Circular Quay to Manly. One is the standard 30-minute green and yellow ferry, and the other ferry service is known as the Manly Fast Ferry; of which gets you to Manly within 20 minutes. Both ferry services have an on board cafeteria, as well as free WiFi services. Their ticket prices vary, although not by much. Which ferry service from Circular Quay to Manly do you prefer to use?

My favourite is the slow ferry ride, since you get to enjoy the views as they unfold around you. People are a lot more relaxed too. The fast ferry is generally occupied by those rushing to work and although it is ideal if you are in a hurry, I prefer to take things slowly on my journey.
The slow 30-minute version. Sit outside. This is an affordable cruise alternative in itself. Watch out at the heads, it's rather windy. Sydney is already fast paced as it is. Slow is best, and it only takes an extra 10 minutes to the quay.
I love the slow ferry ride as I like to revel in the panoramic views.
