Are you currently training for a marathon event? Perhaps you need a running circuit that is challenging? One that does not lead to boredom? One with water views? One with parks nearby? What other factors do you take into consideration here? Distance? Company? Time of day? It is helpful if the right running track is not bumper to bumper in the mornings. That way many of us can exercise before work. A running track where it is ok to walk? One that is kid friendly? Dog friendly?

Early morning along Manly Beach is beautiful. The ocean views are stunning and people are very friendly and usually smile as they walk or run. There are also bubblers along the way, which are a great help. You can run from Queenscliff part of the beach all the way to Shelly Beach.
The Bay Run is fantastic. A 7km trail for runners, walkers and bike riders in Sydney's Inner West. Have just completed the latter, and it felt like an awesome workout was enjoyed. Also enjoy the walk from Manly Beach to the heads. Also, a little more closer to home for me at the moment is a walk from Brighton-Le-Sands beach to Sans Souci.
I've only walked it (during Sculpture buy the Sea) but the route from Bondi to Tamarama is beautiful.
Bondi to Bronte is my favorite. Challenging in some aspects and flat and down hill also. Go early to beat the crowds!
