Power walking

Kath and Kel made the power walk famous (or infamous, depending how you look at it) - so where's the best place to go for a hearty power walk in Sydney? Free from judgment, preferably.

The Bay Run is an easy choice. It's great for knowing how long you've walked and the scenic walk around the river is stunning
I think (off hand) The Bay Run is 7kms. Easy.
Love the images James, super cool :)

I agree, I love the Bay Run in the Inner West.

Power walking from Manly Beach to Shelly Beach is also great, as well as from Brighton Beach to Sandringham.
Sydney Park at the end of King St, Newtown is amazing for any form of exercise - there's always someone around, and the park has plenty of paths.

If you're a little more hip, Centennial Park is the place to be seen sporting those short-shorts. And it has some beautiful ponds. :)
Sydney Park, of course. Love that picture again Ally :)
Number one I must commend you for the amazing gif. of Kath and Kim, absolutely hilarious! Back to the question, an awesome place to go for a power walk in Sydney is the Coogee Beach to Bondi Junction walk. It is a relatively long and hilly walk, but once you complete it the satisfaction your left with surely overpowers. The walk however does inhabit both tourists and die hard fitness fanatics so if you are after something more quiet there are some nature trails near Bundeena in the Royal National Park. The smell of the trees is amazing and a day here really does cleanse the body from the toxins of the city.
