Enjoying a hearty breakfast at a really cool cafe

Sydney, we love our weekend brunches. At times, it feels like a competition as to which couple or family snap up the outdoor cafe tables the fastest. Eating out for breakfast or brunch in Sydney was once a weekend only past time, and now we want our sit down bacon and eggs during the week too. If not bacon and eggs, well most certainly a big breakfast when we're fortunate to not have a workplace to rush to. Is there a particular cafe you love eating out at for breakfast? Why? What would be your top breakfast dish at this place? Does this particular cafe offer an all day breakfast menu? Or is it breakfast until a certain time?

Circa in Parramatta, I'm a fan of breakfast/brunch and they make the best baked eggs. Prices range from $15-$20 which I think is quite reasonable if you're looking for good quality ingredients and a filling breakfast.
A few fantastic places:

1. Rosebud Rozelle
2. Piccolos Rozelle
3. Rustic Pearl Surry Hills
4. Kawa Surry Hills
5. InSitu Manly
If you're ok with fighting off hipsters for a table, Reuben Hills in Surry Hills is great! The coffee is fantastic, but you can't go past the salted caramel milkshake too!
I'm going to go with Bills in Surry hills or Darlinghurst, merely because I'm a sucker for their famous scrambled eggs. No matter how hard you try at home... It won't be as good.
I loved thelma and Louise in North Sydney, yummy choices from eggs to crepes. Read my review : http://sydneyfoodlovers.com.au/thelma-louise-neutral-bay/
My favourite breakfast in Sydney so far has been at Cafe Ella in the cafe strip near Redfern Station. Almost everything is homemade, including their bagels! Good value menu, e.g. salmon bagels (with LOTS of salmon) with salad = $12
and 1L jug of homemade chai latte = $4. And it's delicious.
We go there as much as possible too - even out 6 year old son loves it
