Ballet flats are the go-to shoe option for women who want their feet to be both comfortable and stylish. And there are so many different types around that it's easy to show your individual flair with them. What shops in Sydney are the best ones for buying ballet flats at?

Over the last year I've actually become a big fan of the range of ballet flats for sale at Big W. Especially their brand Emerson, which is both stylish and affordable. The yellow and pink pairs in the image above were both Emerson ones purchased from Big W, and they were only $4.00 on sale.

I also own a couple of pairs I bought at David Jones, but I have to admit that they don't look as nice as my new, cheaper ones.
Great tips, thanks Kerri :)
I have bought ones at Big W before and they are really good. I also love the range and prices of the ones at Kmart they are gorgeous, great colours and great prices. Best ballet flats I have are from Terry White Chemists, the brand is Lindsay Philips and they come in different colours and have a clip on the front if them which you can change to get a whole new look, how cool is that? They also sell heaps of the clips too. The shoes were about $30 on sale and the clips are about $10 for a pair. Check them out!
Good ballet flats are found at David Jones Elizabeth St level 4. The brand is Walnut off hand.
Shoe Box! Large variety of styles, colours and brands, and they always have sales! My favourite brand they sell is Luxe - very comfy flats :)
When I'm looking for good quality flats in a range of colours and fashions, I go to Max's Shoes in Bondi Junction. There's always something a little bit different there than at most other stores. Rubi Shoes also has a great range, and they're cheap too.
When you're talking ballet flats, you could always just chaine or jetee into a big chain store and grab a pair of flats, but if you want serious ballet flats then try Prima Ballerina at the Cottage Lane Arcade in Penrith. Even if you don't dance you can earn extra cred with hipster friends by saying that you bought you ballet flats from an actual ballet store.
