Many of the nurseries and garden shops have a cafe attached to them for the convenience of their customers. These have now become hang outs for friends and family to have a chat over a cuppa. Which is the best garden/nursery cafe you have been to?
Such a great question :) There is a nursery in North Ryde that has a great cafe. It is not far from the M2 either. Can't pinpoint the name at the moment. Although a small nursery section and cafe, I always enjoy a white chocolate chunk and macadamia cookie at Bunnings in Mascot without fail. They're divine. I've just published a writers article on Sydney Food Lovers on a nursery cafe that sounds amazing in Sydney's west. I'll let that writer share :)
There are lots of lovely nursery cafes out in The Hills (Dural and Galston). My favourites are Wild Pear Cafe on Old Northern Road for its exceptional food and atmosphere and The House of Herbs and Roses which is just a short drive from Wild Pear. Herbs and Roses not only has a lovely little nursery but it has a small shop that is great if you are looking for unique gifts. The food is simple and affordable with lots of delicious cakes on the menu.
I have been to quite a few nursery cafes around the hills area.. the best for me would be the Wildpear cafe in Dural. In fact I loved it so much I ended up doing a review about the cafe for Sydney food lovers:) Thanks Justine, I would love to share my article:) here is the link: http://sydneyfoodlovers.com.au/wildpear-cafe-dural/
