Les Mills classes are not for the faint hearted. You do need to be relatively fit, even to enjoy a condensed 30-minute express version of Body Attack here in Sydney. The turnouts are also phenomenal.

Do Body Attack first. Steve is an awe inspiring instructor. He talks about the importance of not leaving after the four cardio tracks - to stick around for track # 5 - working on muscle mass that helps you burn fat.
A Body Balance class immediately afterwards is awesome recovery from the Body Attack sweat and inspiration - even with the fans on.
