Two great attractions in Western Sydney will keep your kids happy, have them play till they're ready for a nap and are also reasonably priced.

1) Tic Tocks Entertainment Centre
2,9 Enterprise Circuit
Prestons, NSW 2170
(02) 9607 0888

Kids can play for the whole day for less than $15, with party options available.
Choose from indoor mini golf, climbing walls, jungle gyms and more.

2) Monkey Mania (located inside Bankstown Sports Club)
This venue has six uniquely themed party rooms including Under the Sea, Enchanted, Superhero, Jungle Safari and Wiggles; perfect for birthday parties. Kids can also play for the whole day for less than $15. There is a three-lane wave slide, a spiral tube slide, electric go-karts and an inflatable jumping castle. Not to mention an indoor sports net for soccer and basketball - so families can kick and score baskets together, plus a selection of computer games such as Wii and Playstation.

Both are open 7 days a week.
Funky Planet is well known, and there is a place in Westfield Chatswood somewhere...
I am a big fan of taking kids out to the park for a birthday party. They have a lot of space to run and play and if you organise a few games, the cost is next to nothing.

One place that we really enjoyed holding my son's birthday party was at the Manly Sealife Sanctuary.
For older kids, get a private room at City Hunter - it's $85 for 3 hours, and you can't take in food - so it's just the cost of a can of coke and a lolly bag per child. And they love it....
I LOVED Runamuk : ) In Taren Point. Great for a young kids party. Lots of fun in the obstacle courses and ball pins.
